Terms & Conditions

Love Design is a trading name of AsOne Design Limited. Love Design (we, us, our) provides domain registration, email & web site hosting and other services for you clients (you, your, customer,customer's). We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all of the services provided by us if/when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise fails to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Since we aim to improve the services offered to you our terms and conditions may periodically change to match any changes within our company. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions when necessary. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are up to date with all of our T&Cs. It might be a good idea to bookmark this page. We will notify you by email if any fundamental changes are made that we feel you need to be made aware of. We will email you on the email address we have on file. If your email address changes please contact us to inform us.

By signing up for and/or otherwise accessing any of the services or products offered by us you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions listed here.

These terms and conditions supersede all earlier versions. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights and will only apply to the extent that applicable law allows.

Four Free Pages

We will input content on up to 4 pages of your choice subject to the following limitations. A maximum of 700 words per page and up to 4 images per page. All text and images must be supplied in a digital format by email or on a CD/DVD. Amendments to the supplied content after it has been added to the site is chargeable at standard rates.

Contract Length

Since all accounts are pre-paid you are not in a contract. However you are bound by these terms and conditions. To cancel your service you must notify us in writing before your payment is taken. If you fail to notify us before your fee is taken your service will be cancelled before the next billing date.

Use of Love Design Services

We reserve the right to add or delete a discrete link to our home page at the bottom of one or all of the pages hosted on our web space. This link will be no bigger then the size and weight of the body text on your site.

Payment Policies

All fees are displayed inclusive of VAT at its current rate and are shown in UK Pounds Sterling.

All Fees paid are strictly non-refundable. Should we be forced to disable , suspend or delete your account due to breach of these terms and conditions no refunds will be provided.

All bills must be cleared before the due date shown on your invoice. Failure to pay before the due date will result in cancellation of your services which will include your web site, and email accounts. Reactivation is charged at £100 (inc. VAT) plus any outstanding fees.

There are two payment options: 1. By credit or debit card or 2. By cheque or money order. If you pay by credit or debit card you will automatically be billed £8.50 (inc. VAT) a month after the initial 12 months. It is your responsibility to ensure funds are available on your chosen credit/debit card and that the card is still valid. If we fail to collect the fee your account can be suspended or cancelled. Upon successful payment you will receive a receipt by email. If you wish to pay by post (cash, cheque or money order) you will be invoiced £100 (inc. VAT) per year for your service after the initial 12 months. Failure to pay before the due date can result in suspension or cancellation of your services.

We operate on a strictly pre-pay basis.

PayPal provides our gateway for all online payments and ongoing subscriptions. We do not collect or store credit or debit card information.

Automatic rebilling after the first 12 month period is provided by PayPal. You can stop these payments at any time, which in turn will cancel your service. Reactivation of your service is charged at the price shown above.

Support

We want to give you great support. To help us please refer to any help documentation or web sites we provide you with before contacting us. We will try to solve all issues as quickly as possible.

It is sometimes necessary to suspend some or all services for short periods of time to enable us to carry out essential maintenance. We will keep these periods to a minimum and also try to plan them for times when the server is less busy where possible.

Reselling

Reselling any or all of your account is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of your account. We offer a reseller site free of charge to those who wish to resell our concept. Please contact us to find out more.

High & Acceptable Use Policy

If you exceed the acceptable use of the database or bandwidth we will contact you to arrange an upgrade of your services and inform you of any extra charges. We will not automatically bill you for high use. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your services if you fail to reduce your usage or agree to and pay for upgraded services.

You are not permitted to gain access or attempt to gain access to other accounts or the server by any method. Doing so or attempting to do so will be reported to the Police and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, your account will also be deleted without notice or refund.

All files on your hosting space must be used by or accessible from you web site. Your web space cannot be used as a storage space or file transfer/sharing location.

Breach of this policy will result in suspension of your services.

Email

Each account has a mailbox storage quota. If this is exceeded then a message will be returned to the sender informing them that their message was not delivered to you because your mailbox is full. We are happy to help you set up a POP3 account on your computer, which will prevent this problem.

It is your responsibility to install, maintain and update sufficient Firewall and Anti Virus software on your computer equipment. We are not responsible and accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by data, files or attachments sent to you via email.

Domain Names

You are encouraged to use the domain name checker and follow the on-screen instructions. If you fail to follow the instructions and the domain name you have paid for is not available when we attempt to register it you will be informed by email at which time you can choose another domain name. No refunds will be offered in the event that your chosen domain name is unavailable to register.

Domain names will be registered to you. If you fail to keep up payments or fail to pay on-time your domain name may be suspended, deleted or sold. Ownership of any domain name under our control reverts back to us in the event of non payment.

In order to transfer your domain name away from us free of charge to another provider you must request the transfer at least 30 days prior to your contract expiration date. Requests received after the expiration date (if contract was not renewed on-time) will be charged £100 (inc VAT)

If we have deleted the domain name (due to non payment) and no longer have control of it, we will be unable to assist with any transfer or recovery.

Domain disputes can occur, we will put our clients first and offer any assistance we can in resolving any such disputes. We are not a legal advice service nor your representative in any legal dispute.

Love Design accept no liability for loss or damage caused through loss of your domain name or dispute over it.

It's important that your domain name is spelt correctly before we register it as mistakes cannot be rectified later and you will still be charged.

Only one.co.uk domain name is free of charge with any account. Alternitive domains or extra domains are chargeable at the rates shown in the add ons section.

Passwords

It is up to you to keep a copy of your passwords in a safe place and confidential. We are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of stolen passwords or login details.

Special Offers

From time to time we may offer special promotions. Specific terms for those offers will appear here. No refunds will be given to clients who have previously purchased any of the items at full price.

Illegal Content

We will disable or remove content that is in breach of copyright or illegal in England. Any claims of copyright breach or illegal material should be sent to us in writing with proof of ownership (in the case of copyright breach), identity of person making report (passport or other traceable photo id), URL or link to content in question and signed statement to back up claim.

Reports should be sent by recorded delivery. We will act on all reports immediately and will give our client 7 days to respond. If no response is received from our client the report will be upheld and the content will be removed or the account will be deactivated. If the report is refuted both parties must seek legal advice.

Love Design will accept no responsibility for loss, damage or any other claims. We will act upon any legal directive we receive that is presented in the proper manner according to law.

Complaints Procedure

We try to give all our clients great service, however, we realise that there are times when issues need more serious attention. If you feel that your complaint requires more serious attention or did not receive enough attention or a satisfactory resolution here is what to do:

  1. Write to us at the address shown on the contact page. Make sure you mark it for the attention of the M.D. and send it by registered post.
  2. You should expect a response within 14 days of us receiving the letter.
  3. We will investigate the issue and send a written report back to you by registered post. This report may suggest a course of action or resolution or it may outline everything we have done and close the issue.
  4. If you are not satisfied with our proposed actions, resolution or response please send another registered letter to cancel your service detailing where you would like your domain name to be transferred to.
