What do you get?

At Love Design we like to try and keep things simple. We have two main packages to offer; package 1 and package 2. If you need to secure your domain name and use email then you need package one. If you have purchased package 1 or have your own domain name already then you need package 2.

Below we have broken down the elements you are paying for, the items that are included and also the ongoing costs associated with each package.

What do you get for £50? step 1

In the first year, you get:

• 1 x .co.uk domain
• 5 x Email Accounts
• 1 x Holding Page

 

Domain Name
Your domain name will be registered in your name so that there can be no doubt that you own it. Your domain will have the extension ".co.uk". Once registered nobody can take it away from you.

Email Accounts
We will set up 5 email accounts for you to use. You don't have to use them all but they are there if you need them. We will also talk you through setting up the email accounts on your computer. All you need is a working internet connection and email software such as 'Outlook' or 'Outlook express' on a PC or 'Mail' on a Mac.

Each email account must be set up on your computer, iPhone or other device as a POP3 account or an IMAP service. Mail attachments and storage on the mail server is limited to 10MB. Storage in your email software is only limited by your hard drive space.

Holding Page
We will put a holding page up on your web space. This holding page can contain a brief overview of you or your company, contact details, a logo and one photograph.

Ongoing Costs
After your first 12 months, every month you will be billed £8.50 to keep you domain name registered, your email accounts active and your information page visible on the internet. That's it, there are no other hidden fees. You only pay more if you want more. You may want to add a full web site to your package read on to find out more.

What do you get for £250? step 2

Love Design will create a professional web site complete with online content management system. You can update your site, add new pages and create galleries and much more. We offer training in our add-on packages but we also provide you with access to an online knowledgebase that answers most questions. Of course if you can't find the answer your looking for, simply use the contact form to ask your question. We will send you a link to a help document that will solve your problem. If we can't point you in the right direction by email ,we give you options and alternatives.

If you have not started at step one your total bill will be £300 (step one plus step two)

Ongoing costs
There are none! Since you require the hosting package you should have purchased in step one your ongoing fees are covered. If you already own a domain name simply enter the details on the web site form (step two) and we will set up 'step one' for you at the same time.
